Dr. Larry G. Brown, an assistant professor of Geography at the University of Missouri, Columbia is presenting “Afghanistan, A Rugged Way to Go”.
This presentation will provide context to help us understand the geopolitics of Afghanistan, from the perspective of a Human Geographer.
Dr. Larry G. Brown has been teaching since 1990. Larry holds a Ph.D. in Policy Studies from the Univeristy of Missouri-Columbia.; a Bachelors in Sociology from the University of Nebraska; the Masters of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary, Indianapolis; and the Masters of Arts in Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has persued research concerning White Nationalism; as well as continuing to teach Reginal Political, and Human Geography courses. Sme of his courses are also cross-listed wth MU Peace Studies and Religious Studies.
